How onboarding works: Every engagement begins with a build & onboarding phase — data architecture setup, source integration, and initial dashboard configuration. The onboarding fee is billed at contract signing and is separate from your monthly rate. Monthly fees begin upon delivery of your initial dashboard environment.

What does "ROI" actually mean here? Most Advanced-tier clients identify cost reduction or margin improvement opportunities within the first 90 days of active dashboards. The speed depends on your current data maturity, operational complexity, and how quickly your team acts on insights surfaced. We'll give you a candid assessment during discovery — no inflated promises.
KEY TERMS TO KNOW BEFORE YOU SIGN
1) Contract Lengths 12, 36, or 60 months. Tier upgrades are allowed mid-contract at the next billing cycle.
2) Pay-in-full discount 8% off total monthly fees for any contract length. Onboarding is billed separately and not discounted.
3) Price Adjustments Capped at CPI + 2%, with 60-day advance notice. Rates are locked for 60-month commitments.
4) Early Termination Sliding-scale penalty on remaining contract value (75% in months 1–3, down to 0% in the final 12 months).
5) Starter Eligibility Restricted to operations with verified annual revenue under $2.5M.
6) Quotes & Billing Quotes valid for 30 days. All prices in USD. Invoiced monthly in advance on the 1st of each service month.
