Your Input Costs Are Up. Your Margins Can't Afford Hidden Waste.
Diesel. Fertilizer. Labor. Every input is costing more this year.
The farms that stay profitable are the ones that find the savings their data is hiding. We connect your operation's data — equipment logs, spray records, labor hours, yield reports — build a custom dashboard, and become your ongoing partner in finding where margin is slipping away.
We bring 30 years of farming knowledge.
We bring the data to back it up.

The Cost Squeeze
Farm Input | Year-Over-Year Change |
|---|---|
Potash | ~5% ↑ |
On-highway diesel fuel | ~30–50% ↑ |
DAP / Phosphate | ~12–15% ↑ |
Anhydrous ammonia | ~10–20% ↑ |
None of us can control input prices. But we can control how much we're wasting — and where our operation is leaving money behind. That's exactly what we help we find. Change to Rising input costs are a given. Hidden waste isn’t. We help you uncover where your operation is leaving money behind so you can act with clarity and confidence.

LABOR SCHEDULING
We identify idle time, overlapping shifts, and crew scheduling gaps — you tighten labor costs without reducing output.
Typical find: 15–30% of labor hours are recoverable once scheduling is visible.
SPRAYING EFFICIENCY
GPS and sensor data reveals over-application, missed coverage passes, and chemical waste. We show the pattern, you adjust the plan.
Most farms over-apply 8–15% of chemical inputs due to equipment calibration drift.
FUEL & INPUTS
Equipment utilization patterns and inventory records that reveal where fuel and supplies are being consumed faster than they should be.
Fuel tracking alone typically surfaces 10–20% recoverable waste on larger operations.
YIELD
GAPS
Planting patterns, irrigation timing, and harvest efficiency data that reveal revenue left in the field every season.
Yield gap analysis looks at actual vs. potential per-acre output given your inputs.

FAQ
Do you understand farming, or are you just a data company?
We bring 30 years of agricultural and operational experience alongside the data work. We're not here to tell you how to farm, you know your land, your crops, and your operation better than we ever will. Our role is to build a Clarity Engine around your farm's data so your Performance Map shows you clearly what's costing you the most, where margin is slipping by field or crop, and what the numbers say about decisions you're already weighing.
How much work will this take from us to get started?
Very little from your side. We do the heavy lifting. We'll need access to your records and a few conversations about how your operation runs. From there, we build the Clarity Engine. Most farm operators are surprised at how little time it takes from their team and how quickly the Performance Map starts showing results.
Do we have to follow your recommendations, or do we still make the decisions?
Every decision is yours, that's not a disclaimer, it's the design. Your Performance Map surfaces information and highlights opportunities. What you do with that information is entirely your call. We're here to make sure you're deciding with a full picture, not a gut feel backed by incomplete data.
Do we need to change the way we currently track things?
No. You keep using whatever works for your operation, we work with it. If there are tracking practices creating blind spots we could close with a simple change, we'll flag it as an opportunity, not a requirement. You decide if it's worth adjusting.
Our records are a mix of computer files, notebooks, and paperwork, is that a problem?
Not at all, that describes most farming operations we work with. We're built to pull from all of it. Digital records, handwritten logs, equipment printouts, spray records on paper, we work with what you have and build the Clarity Engine from it. You don't need to change how you've been tracking things just to get started.
Can this help us compare performance across different fields or crops?
Yes. If you're farming multiple fields or crops, your Performance Map is built so you can compare input cost, yield, and profitability across each one. That means you can see clearly which fields are producing the best return on your inputs, and which ones need a different approach.
